LFIT Personal Training in Glasgow Southside
At L-fit our primary focus is results and to achieve this resistance training will be fundamental. We will work with you to gain an understanding of the benefits of resistance training and bring clarity on the myths you may have heard about this. Our programming has a circuit element achieving a fantastic balanced workout that improves strength, cardio and providing a hit of endorphins that leave you pumped and ready for more. You will always be given a full understanding of what you are doing and more importantly why. Which are specifically tailored to your needs and goals.
Training sessions include strength training, body weight exercises, kettlebells, suspension training, and metabolic workouts. We ensure you develop the knowledge you need to workout safely and effectively at home or the gym!
Our Semi Private Group Packages Include;
We offer 2 packages based on whether you wish to train with us once or twice per week and include:
- Weekly face to face session(s) (approx 1 hour).
- Personal Workout Programme (adaptable for gym or home based training). Delivered via L-Fit App.
- Weekly Check In.
- Access to Health and Wellbeing Guides and Toolkits.
- Strong community of like-minded females.
