Lilian Marshall 

I am a busy mum to Jack who is just about to turn 3 and Sophie who came along in February 2020 to complete our family. I have always loved physical exercises and at school, you couldn’t get me out of the P.E. department. I wasn’t a fan of the gym at first and then I discovered all the classes and that was me hooked particularly Body Combat and Spin, where I also initially meet my husband, who was an instructor.

As much as I love to exercise I also LOVE food and alcohol and just really struggled to get a healthy balance particularly because in all honesty I just wanted a quick fix that would give me the dream body without having to change my lifestyle and habits. In the pursuit of the dream body I stopped enjoying the gym and went on every diet there is and none of them worked!

After having Jack my priorities shifted, I didn’t want to lose weight to go to Ibiza, I wanted to be a strong mum with lots of energy to make memories with him and have them recorded in pictures that I enjoyed looking through, without thinking, look at my arm or chin in that picture. I was finally ready to do it right and typically just as I achieved my goals I fell pregnant with Sophie, however this time around, I know exactly what I am doing to get results and want to educate and empower other women to get off the hamster wheel, discover what they truly want to achieve and go  it!! I am so passionate about this, I decided to leave my corporate career in  Learning and Development behind me and become a full-time Personal Trainer.

Diane Dewson

As a Level 3 certified personal trainer specialising in female health, hormones, and pre/postnatal fitness, I’m dedicated to promoting sustainable wellness. I’m also internationally trained in Strala Yoga, Tai Chi, and Shiatsu, and currently pursuing a master’s degree focused on movement, nutrition, and their impact on health and hormones. Additionally, I’m a scientific member of the UK Society for Endocrinology, keeping me abreast of the latest research.

As a mom to my toddler, Lewis, I understand the delicate balance of juggling motherhood, work, and self-care. Despite the demands of parenting, I prioritise my health with strength training, yoga, calisthenics, and adding fun with handstands. Lewis often joins me on hill climbs, adding extra joy and challenge to our workouts. Inspired by my journey, I empower other women, especially moms, to reclaim their confidence and well-being. Together, let’s prioritise self-care and embark on a journey towards health and happiness.
